This blend is designed to help if you are struggling to fall asleep at the end of the day (or you can fall asleep, but seem to wake not feeling energised!). This blend is designed to calm, unwind and settle the mind.

Zen: Bergamot oil, patchouli leaf oil, sweet orange oil, thyme oil, ylang ylang oil, frankincense oil, clary sage oil.
Combines the calming effects of Bergamot, Patchouli and Ylang Ylang to calm and soothe the mind, producing woody and floral aromas for you to relax and practice mindful self-care rituals.

Directions: Unscrew top, and insert reeds. Place the bottle in an area with good air flow for maximum scent.
We do not recommend using products with marjoram and clary sage during pregnancy.
